The Sunyeol Yong-Pa (Korean:냉혈한 용 신디케이트) have been newcomers to america thus far, but their business is booming. With their hands deep in fraudulent schemes and illegal arms trade and their traditionally rich history in their dealing of Opiates, the Sunyeol-Yong Pa have been making waves in the underground of Little Seoul. The name Sunyeol Yong-Pa in Korean translates to "Blooded Dragon Clan".

Their name is easily earned. Their origin is as bloody as the methods they are still known to use. Jun Shen, the leader of this notorious gang, started his empire from the humble southern districts of South Korea. First it was a neighborhood operation, but when a larger gang, the Sun-On-Yee Triad from Beijing, pushed on them to either pay their tithings or die. Fearing their respect and money on the line, the SYP as they are often called, proceeded to ambush the messengers on their way back to Beijing. Leaving their dismembered bodies in a bag on the doorstep of a local Opium Den in Seoul, Korea.

This action caused a full-scale war between the SYP and the Sun-On-Yee, which lasted several years. After the body count of both civilians and syndicate members increased both sides agreed to finally call a ceasefire.

With many years passing, the SYP and the Sun-On-Yee reached a business agreement. In exchange for funding and some due repositioning, the SYP would take over the failing businesses of the Sun-On-Yee.

Upon seizing these assets in their trade, the Sunyeol-Yong Pa became known as the "Golden Banner" for their talents in money handling. America has turned out to be the best investment they have ever made and they don't plan on leaving any time soon.
